My name is George Gouveris.
I am a chef, restaurateur, author, advisor, and the creator of Better Life Mentor.
For more than 30 years, I’ve built my life around one mission: to serve people with excellence, whether through food, leadership, or personal growth.
I am finishing my second book by the title; Say This To Yourself, 75 powerful affirmations that changed my life. It will be available soon on Bookshop, Amazon, and Barnes and Noble.
I am certified as a professional coach by the Certified Life Coach Institute. Right now, I am attending another certification course offered by Harvard University for Lifestyle and Wellness.
